Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of deliver (if) the models are unaltered from how they were originally shipped. Restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the potential refund moment as these items are made to order only. 

If for any reason your item arrives damaged or in an otherwise unacceptable condition, please reach out directly so we may discuss refund or replacement options.
