When will my order ship? Orders typically ship within 3-5 Business Days from time of order. Larger orders may take up to 7-10 Business Days.
What days do you ship? We are open and ship Monday through Friday.
How will my order be packaged? Resin 3D printed parts will be bagged in resealable bags for easy separation and identifaction. Before they are boxed, each bag will be then wrapped in bubble wrap and the box will have honeycomb paper padding to fill the voids and reduce shaking or impact during transit.
Larger FDM Printed parts will be boxed accordingly to their size with honeycomb paper filling voids of space to prevent breakage, and smaller FDM parts will be bagged to prevent any loss of pieces.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?While we always take every measure to prevent any breakage, it does sometimes happen for reasons out of our control. Should any item(s) arrive damaged, prior to any gluing or assembly, please provide a description of damage with your order number and photos to bellyofthebrush@gmail.com so that we may resolve this for you.
Should the models look visibly altered in anyway from the packaging including sanding, clipping, gluing, or anything that would make the item(s) different from how they were packaged, we will need to assume this was done by user error and will not honor a refund, return, or replacement.
What if my order is missing items? So far in doing this, I have never forgot to include even a single bit to a miniature. We pride ourselves on the quality of our services, including our quality control to ensure you are received 100% of what you paid for in exactly the way you expected to receive it.
However, if this is to occur at any time, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Please provide as much information as possible about what is missing and what was included as well as provide any photos to bellyofthebrush@gmail.com which may help show the missing piece(s) from the model.
